10. Landscape documentation and planting plans
At this stage we are able to complete working drawings for landscape elements including plans indicating key materials; hard landscaping - terraces, decks, paths and driveways, soft landscaping planting plans - canopy trees and ground planting; retaining walls - elevations and cross-sections; cross-sections and details of pools, ponds, water features, screens, growing frames, fencing etc. The landscape drawings will be co-ordinated with other consultants' drawings and reports: Other consultants that are likely to be engaged at this time may include a structural design engineer; hydraulic, civil and/or services engineers; as well as preferred specialist contractors which may include swimming pool and landscape contractors.
