Behind the walls of the Red Fort

Several years ago we designed a Mediterranean  influenced garden and home in Brookby.  Its garden has finally matured enough to publish some initial pictures. The walls and garden courtyard were strongly  influenced by my visits over the years to The Alhambra in Granada. Italian Pencil Pines and star Jasmine are combined with popular New Zealand native hedging to good effect.    

New French Farmhouse Under Construction: II

Painting has now started on this french styled ‘mas-chateau’ masonry farmhouse.    The Lime-washed solid plastered concrete and Boncote walls will be lovingly aged by an Artist specialising in paint finishes to give an immediate antique and lived in appearance to the whole project. More pictures coming soon as the painting progresses.
