Monopitch for Regis Stage Two Whitford

Ultra-Modern Monopitch for Regis Stage Two Whitford/Flatbush – Monday, May 02, 2011

The chic look of this contemporary new house has been designed for the Regis Stage Two subdivision on the outskirts of Whitford.

The exterior of the building is clad in cedar weatherboard and cavity concrete, and incorporates a low pitch profile steel roof.  Floor area is in excess of 280m2+. External columns, fireplace and chimney are to be built in locally quarried stone or similar. The kitchen boasts modern European styling, with granite and/or stainless steel bench tops, and Italian tapware. Views from the large glazed panels will be magnificent across re-vegetated native planted gullies. The overall size of the final shape of the floor plan is yet to be firmly established for this design, being dependent on client wishes and site selection. As architects we would provide full design services tailored to personal requirements and brief. Contact us if you are interested in purchasing or commissioning one of these homes.
